These terms apply to your use of the CarBuyers4Cash website, offer flow, seller dashboard, and related transaction tools. By using the service, you agree to provide information you reasonably believe is accurate and to use the service only for lawful vehicle-sale activity.

Any vehicle offer depends on the information available to us and may require verification of the vehicle, VIN, mileage, condition, title, ownership, liens, documents, and pickup details. An offer may be revised or withdrawn when material information is inaccurate, incomplete, changes, or cannot be verified.

You must be the titled owner or otherwise have lawful authority to participate in the sale. A vehicle cannot be completed for purchase until required ownership, lien, title, identity, and transfer requirements are satisfied.

State title requirements differ. Do not sign, date, alter, or surrender an original title solely based on a generic website statement. Follow the transaction-specific instructions presented in your secure seller workflow or accompanying official transfer document. Some transactions may require original signatures, notarization, lien releases, powers of attorney, or other state-specific documentation.

Pickup availability and timing depend on transaction readiness and carrier or auction logistics. A requested window is not guaranteed until confirmed through the transaction workflow. Payment eligibility remains subject to successful verification of the transaction requirements shown in your seller file.

You may receive transaction communications electronically. When an electronic-signature option is presented, your electronic action may be used to evidence the applicable consent or signature. Some documents may still require a printed, wet-ink, notarized, or original form depending on the transaction and jurisdiction.

If you separately opt in to text messages, message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS is not required to request an offer when another supported transaction channel is available.

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features when necessary for security, compliance, maintenance, third-party availability, or transaction integrity. Third-party services such as auctions, carriers, messaging providers, and electronic-signature providers may also affect availability.
